Using Popstar Pictures
This service allows an authorised client to search, view and purchase photos online.
The Popstar Pictures library service incorporating the latest technology allowing clients a fast and easily usable site and allows 24-hour access.
The library offers photos of the highest caliber from high production studio imagery to exotic location images featuring celebrities and models from all areas of the entertainment industry, ranging from Film & TV to Music, Glamour and Fashion.
Registration
Before you can start to utilise the site you must first register online to become a client.
Only publications are granted access to the website.
If you are a model agency or model you are required to contact us directly to set up your own user account.
Registering is quick and simple.
Details of how to register are on the website and are also shown below:
1. Go to www.popstarpictures.co.uk and click on the ‘Register’ tab.
2. This will take you to the registration page. Simply fill out the fields accurately.
3. Once you have completed the registration form click on the ‘Send’ button. We will then receive your registration form and your details will be checked.
4. Once the Popstar Team has accepted your details you will be contacted by email or telephone to inform you that your account has been activated. Please allow 1-3 days for activation. Alternatively if you require immediate activation you can contact the sales office on +44 (0) 20 7833 1166.
5. Please ensure you keep your username and password private.
6. Now that you have your username and password you are free to roam the library and purchase pictures online.

How to search
Searching for an image could not be simpler. There are three options:
1. By model name- if you know the name of the model you want to purchase pictures of you can click on the drop down and select the name of the model. All the pictures taken with this model will be displayed.
2. By Category- If you require a set of beach photos you can search under this category. Other categories include ‘motor chicks’ ‘Studio’, ‘location’ etc. Once a category has been selected all ‘beach’ photos will be displayed.
3. Alternatively you can execute an exclusive search where-by you can type specific details regarding your photo requirements. The search will try to match your requirements and display the appropriate images for viewing.
Creating albums
Once you have found the images you have been looking for you can place them in your album. To do this, either double click on the image to enlarge the photo and in the top right-hand side click on ‘add to my album’.
Alternatively tick the boxes of the photos you require, scroll down to the bottom of the page and add to the album you wish to save your images in.
You can create as many albums as you wish and name them specific to your needs. You can leave the photos in your album and save them for another time or you can proceed to buy them straight away. It is important that if you wish to purchase images that you place them in an album before you proceed to the shopping cart.
N.B Images cannot be purchased without being placed in an album first.
Purchasing your pictures
Once your images are in your album you can select the ones you wish to purchase by clicking the + sign and this will transport your image to your shopping cart.
Once you have your selected images in the shopping cart you are now ready to purchase. Prices are not displayed on the site and once you have clicked the purchase button this does not mean that the photo has been bought.
Once the "Get Quote" button has been selected an email will automatically be sent to the sales team. You will then receive a telephone call from us to discuss the price of the photo/photos.
The sales team will enter the agreed price and you will receive an invoice and activation link by email. You have now purchased your photos.
To download your images simply click on the activation link in the body of the email. Your image will be downloaded to your computer at high resolution.
You are now ready to use your image for publication. You can view all your downloads in the download folder in your account on the website.
